THERE IS HOPE FOR YOU.

When some persons look at you and they LAUGH AT YOU...
YOU, look at yourself again and THANK GOD; SING PRAISES to God who is interested in bringing out the best in you, not to make a mockery of you. HE HAS DETERMINED YOUR END FROM THE BEGINNING, long BEFORE YOU WERE CREATED. He calls it a GOOD PLAN!
so ‪#‎RELAX‬... Relax, there is HOPE FOR YOU. Cheers smile emoticon

Send a NEW YEAR Shout Out... in your NATIVE LANGUAGE

Hello people! smile emoticon
Happy New Year to you once again. I thought we could have some fun in the Clinic this season... smile emoticon but trust me, this kind of fun might automatically put some persons on a hot seat! Yeah, I perceive that some might have to come in with "EXPO", some will have to "phone a friend" (if not an uncle, aunt, grandfather or great grandmom in the village =D), some might need to "ask the audience" or simply walk away. grin emoticon
This is the plan: Send a NEW YEAR shout out, wish, prayer, a piece of advice/charge, etc in your NATIVE LANGUAGE to your friends, family, your tribe. 2 or 3 sentences will do.
I'll set the ball rolling smile emoticon
"MI KU THO

Happy New Year 2016

*singing*
"The thing wey You dey do:
Dey sweet for "belle",
Like sugar and honey,
Make me dey wonder e...
HALLELUJAH; HOSSANA e!"
Wow! Happy New Year, my beloved friends and family!
I must say it feels so interesting, so great to know that you're one among the favoured souls that God's Divine Power has preserved to witness another New Year, 2016! I bless God that you can see this (post) too! smile emoticon
GOD BE PRAISED!
2015 was a year of wonders for me -GOD SHOWED HIMSELF STRONG and FAITHFUL in ways that I cannot number. And I trust God that you had your fill of His greatness too! grin emoticon
Now, I pray that IN THE NAME OF JESUS, 2016 will

POST-HEALTH WEEK (QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS) 2

Here are responses to questions under the topic HOUSEKEEPING, which was taken by Gbubemi Nnaji -

ANSWERS
Q1
Let’s take for instance, a woman always has so much to do in the house –we all know how it goes, coupled with the fact that she would “kill” herself one day if she continues to do it alone, that’s why you will agree that she needs some help from other household members, as you also mentioned. But what if her kids are still very young and the man is the type who does not lift a pin in the house? Considering that she still has to take care of her kids, her husband, her personal career and all other things, here are my questions: (a) How does she cope with it all? (b) Can she ever get the man to assist her, to do anything in the house? If yes, how can she go about it? If no, what is the way out? (c) What’s your take on employing house helps, especially with the recent stories of kidnapping, evils house helps do in the homes and all, do you think it’s really wise to employ the service of house helps in this age?
A. With the grace of God, you can do all things. None can possibly finish all that there is to do. Just plan a to-do list, arranging the most important task first. Don't panic or feel guilty if all that's on your list is not done.
B. Yes, if you help him do stuffs he needs to do once in a while like if he's usually the one ironing his clothes, help him once in a while, washing his car, giving him a good meal, taking him out for dinner, giving him good bed work (if you know what I mean), and stuffs like that.. Men could be big babies at times. Just be patient with them. If you don't see result don't quit easily after all, he's your husband. Prayers and patience has never failed also.
C. Now, I've never been a fan of house helps and I will never be. I don't support it at all. I may be hard on this issue but it's what I STRONGLY believe in. To me, it's like saying 'God this responsibility You've given me, I don't like it. So I'm giving part of it to someone else'. If you ask me I would say my children are too precious to me to leave with someone else (even if it's my younger sister /brother) each day while I go out to work. How much is the money you want to earn that is worth more than your children's life. I don't know o! But while I was growing I had this idea of working from home because I wanted to be there to kiss my hubby and children bye as they go to work and school each day and be there to kiss them welcome when they come back. I want to be there when they need me most after all, that's what families are for. A house help can't take your place. Yeah you may say 'she has trust issues' I'll say who trust a stranger completely?
Q2 My question is on the issue of family members, in-laws, friends or guests coming to visit, should they also be involved in house chores or the woman has to do it all, as it is held in some cultures? If yes, how can one get them involved?
Of course, they should do house chores. Just simply smile and say 'can you please help with... Thank you' and if they don't help out, they can as well leave the house after all, it's your house. If the husband is not around, the next in command in the home is the wife and this should be made clear by hubby to his people and wife to her people. Where there's no rule, things get messed up.
Q3
Please, I’ll like to confirm something here, is it only in my house and a few families that the man is always either watching the tv set, reading a newspaper, magazine, on the computer, chatting, on calls or doing some other funny things whenever the woman is busy with domestics? Please, is it the same all over; I mean, is it a common trait in men generally or is it only peculiar

POST-HEALTH WEEK (QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS)

HERBS VS DRUGS

We've got ANSWERS!
Thanks to Mr. Bankole Abioye.
Q1
Herbs; you really think they work?
Herbs really work. They do.
Q2
I think I once heard a story of someone who combined both of them, herbs and drugs for his treatment and it became a serious problem; he had to be rushed back to the hospital but I don’t really think that could have been the problem. What do you think sir? Do you think it could get so serious?
Surely it could get really serious. Like I said, some drugs are so powerful that taking them alone is a serious matter, how much more combining them with a herb.
My advice remains, if you must use both, it’s better to ALTERNATE them than combine them.
Q3
My own problem is, whether drugs or herbs, I don’t finish up my dose; I stop taking them as soon as I feel better. You think that could have a dangerous effect?
It’s not good because the body needs complete healing. Its like a child not concluding his lessons. Sometimes, there are certain illness that returns more powerfully and deadly. They rush them back to the hospital and the situation is different. Some illness will demand you finish the medication. Some people with Tuberculosis are told never to miss a day. If a days medication is missed, the patient starts afresh. So generally speaking, this is not advisable.
Q4
I think it’s a good opportunity to ask this question. What about those who take medications; either traditional, herbs or medical for everything. They must take a drug for every simple ill feeling. Is this totally right?
It’s not every illness you take drugs for. It could become a form of

Should I Befriend this "Midnight Caller"?

"I'm a young lady, that's all I want to disclose (pls, don't ask me if I'm married or not; I'm withholding that for certain reasons.)

This guy or should I say man called me at about midnight, say by 11pm thereabout, insisting that I called him and that was why he called back; he wanted to know my name. I later told him anyway (after I made him say his name); then I made it clear that I never dialled that number, which was true but he insisted. Okay. The next thing was
