Giving is a SACRIFICE. Habitual givers know that well.
It's a place of repair of lives and relationships, a place of solace, recovery, grace to receive a restoration of every loss. ... joy to your heart.

“Who should do more of the calling? Is it the GUY or the GIRL; the HUSBAND or the WIFE?”
I
have this friend whose husband usually travels on business trips. As a
matter of fact, I’ve not seen the man in 3 years. One day, I asked my
friend, “What about your husband, do you hear from him? Does he call?
This was her response (scratching her neck), “Eeeeen… he calls sha…”
with such eminent uncertainty not only in her response but also in her
countenance. So I pressed further, “Hmmm, from your response, this man
is not calling the way he should o! Are you calling him? I mean…” But
before I could complete my question, she suddenly cut in, “Who should be
doing the calling?! Is he not the one that should be calling me and the
children? He doesn’t remember that he left a wife and children at home?
(et cetera, et cetera…) Anyway, I call him sha…”
To cut the long story short, I believe you see the point I’m driving at.
Now, the question is, “Who should do more of the calling? Is it the GUY or the GIRL; the HUSBAND or the WIFE?”

Couples having variant Religious Beliefs
I believe to some extent, we are all conversant with situations where couples share different religious beliefs. To narrow it down, some who share common belief might attend different denominations. Now, considering unity factor, which is an integral ingredient of the family -unity between the husband and wife, or between parents and children; especially as it concerns children in the home, the question is, "Do you agree this variance will foster family union?"

"Yes... She slaps me!"
Was having
a discussion with a young man; then I asked him,
“What if
your girl slaps you?” His response was -
“No harms!”
Surprised,
I exclaimed, “What! Does it mean she does…?”
“Yes… she
does! That’s not new!” He replied carelessly.
“So you
smile?” I asked again.
And he
said, “I accept it; because I believe she is expressing her love to me. (But I
can’t say this among my friends.)” Etcetera… etcetera…
My ladies, is that it?
And GENTLEMEN?????

"IT IS WELL..." IS IT truly WELL?
We cover up so many things with "IT IS WELL!", especially Christians -
"Bros, tell me, have you ever romanced sister?"
Bros: My dear, you will not understand... It is well...
"Mummy, did Daddy ever kiss you before you got married?"
Mummy: It is well...
Let's stop covering up lies with "It is well." I'm not against the
confession, in fact, ALL is well, but not with LIES! THERE IS NOTHING
WELL ABOUT LIES OR SINS! Everything about it is SICK, EVIL multiplied by
DEAD!
I wish you JOY
Is
there any God ordained marriage or relationship that is at the verge of
falling apart now, I pray God Almighty will hold it together. (the next
may not sound funny though) whatever union that will mar your destiny,
God separate you. The LORD will build you a home and sustain it in Jesus
name. You will laugh! ... joy to your heart!
