Christmas Chicken Trouble!

Let’s hear (or read) your opinion on this –
It happened in a home of four (4) at Christmas, while you were eating your “KITCHEN” Oh! Sorry, “CHICKEN”. Lolz! like emoticon
They actually bought a fowl just like any other person in the neighbourhood –a gigantic one at that! You know normally, the woman would wake up early in order to meet up with domestic demands. So “Martha” had been working while “Jonah” was still sleeping, including the kids; when the whole house woke up, “Martha” was still going about her “ministry”. Then as “abnormally” usual (for some men), “Daddy” sat in the living room, watching… can’t-remember-what, while the woman was busy in the kitchen, preparing Christmas menu for the family and a few visitors who are likely to show up that day.
Suddenly, we heard a call from the “chicken”… Oh! From the “kitchen” rather (lol)
“Baby, is the chicken ready now?”
And Baby replied, “Chicken?” “What chicken is that?” “Oh Sweetheart… I thought you had done that already! Haven’t you killed the chicken?”
“Who?” came “Sweetheart’s” voice from the kitchen, “How could you expect me to do that now…? You know I’ve been very busy with so many things! Okay, just help us with the chicken, please, dear.”
But “dear” answered grumbling, “Noooo, I’m not killing any chicken o! If you can’t kill it by yourself, just forget it!”
“What?” *temperature rising* “What do you mean you can’t kill the chicken?” (walking out from the kitchen) “I’ve been busy, working –cleaning, washing, cooking… long before you woke up and now, you tell me you can’t kill the chicken because of what I don’t know? Tell me, do you want me to kill myself working?! Or you want to kill me?! Please, just stop that joke, baby; if it’s a joke! Ah!” grumbling as she turned to return to the kitchen but her husband’s response called her back.
“I’m serious o! I’m not killing any chicken and nothing, nobody can move me from here! If you can’t kill it, leave it!” (Really? I’m sure he didn’t mean that!)
“Oh! Is that your decision? “That’s okay. There is no need to fight over this on a Christmas morning. But if you can’t kill that thing out there, read my lips, we’re all going to eat the stew without chicken, meat, fish or nothing! And I mean just that!” declared the woman.
“Just excuse me…” as he rose up to leave the house, “If you like kill it; if you like leave it! That’s your headache! Nonsense!” He slammed the door behind him!” (leaving his wife dumbfounded) You can predict the end of the story...
(sigh) The words aren’t coming now… But the question is here! wink emoticon
“WHO SHOULD KILL THE CHICKEN?”

YOU DON'T HAVE TO DIE IN SILENCE, "SPEAK OUT"!

The #story was told about a young girl -a #teenager, to be precise, whose father was sleeping with her! Aw... It happened several times; and as a matter of fact, very frequently until it became a regular affair. As life would deal harshly with her again, her uncle, (I suspect he discovered a "family secret" and) decided to take advantage of the ugly situation to get his own share of the national... "family cake" too! (jokes apart though) So it went on and on until suddenly, the young woman fell seriously ill! "What is wrong with you? Why is this getting worse, defying all treatments?!" The mother kept worrying and pestering but she wouldn’t respond and when she did, she never gave any meaningful one. Then one day, a test was carried out on her, since her situation only got worse! And the result of the test... Hmmm... She had contacted... EBOLA... Ops! Did I just say EBO... Oti o! That was a slip of "lips"! Lol! (that was just on a light note, friends ) She contacted... You know that deadly sexually transmitted disease now! Okay… (let’s leave it there.) "What?! How did you get this?!" That was all the mother could scream. Of course at this stage, there was no need to ask too many questions... It was at this point and in uncontrollable flood of tears that she (the girl) let out the "scary, big, black, wild cat” -"My father and my uncle have been sleeping with me. They threatened and warned me not to tell anyone."

Hmmm… This is very pathetic, you will agree with me. And to think the #victim couldn’t make any attempt to get help… It’s #disheartening.
Have you found yourself in a DEEP SHIT? You know very well that it’s unpleasant, murderous or unheard of? Perhaps yours is struggling with a dirty act or attitude… You are caught in a web/net, lost in a puzzling situation or stuck in the mire (mud) and you just don’t know how to get out –you know very well that you are drowning... DON’T STOP or DIE THERE –#SPEAK OUT! GET #HELP! Hiding such a thing is capable of ruining your life. Talk to THOSE WHO CAN HELP YOU -TALK! Just COME OUT and #talk to somebody, please. This is the best way I can express it, dear -GOD LOVES YOU and He cares for you very specially; don’t ever forget that.

"Some persons are 'IMPRISONED'... BE YOUR (real) SELF!"

Some persons are "IMPRISONED", locked up within themselves... Many can't live life freely; they are not just themselves just because somebody somewhere has the control key and determines/dictates what they do at one point or the other.
For some, it is because of a partner in relationship or spouse in marriage who dictates their lifestyle! So they are "CAGED"! It's not always bad though provided it is for good reasons and not selfish reasons; else that will be a form of slavery (you can feel it within yourself). The worst of it is that most people are controlled by the "devil" himself! And they've become "loyal slaves" to him -"CAPTIVES OF THE MIGHTY"!

Come out! Come out of your bondage! Be free! Live your real life! Live without fear! Stop living a borrowed, programmed or dictated life! Be who you really are! Yes, BE YOU! Befriend Jesus and BE FREE!
For "... you will know the TRUTH and the truth will set you free! (John 8:32) Those who know Him are as bold as a lion. Be yourself, pls! You can! YOU CAN BE FREE!
May God deliver all those who are held captive... May God deliver! IJN.
The truth is, Life has not begun until you become WHO YOU ARE MADE TO BE! SEEK... PURSUE that and BE YOUR (real) SELF!

Again, EXCEPT... UNLESS something is wrong somewhere... the ability to amuse or make each other laugh (in a relationship) is enough romance not until you #TOUCH... or take off your #underPANTS!

"MY HUSBAND SHOUTS AT ME IN PUBLIC."

How would you #handle this #situation or what would you #suggest? Here's a woman's #complaint-
"My #husband #shouts at me in the #public. I mean it can happen anywhere and it does not matter who is present or who is looking! I really don't like it cos he makes me feel #embarrassed. I just hope I'm not going to #retaliate one day, when I can't take it anymore. I just want him to stop giving me this....... this public #disgrace!"
That's it. So friends, what's your suggestion? Hmmm... I think somebody is about to #explode! It is well...
